Housing co-ops are governed under the Co-operative Corporations Act. The members who live in the co-op are able to set the policies and by-laws that govern them.
Our members have developed and approved the attached policies.
If you think a policy should be changed – contact the office or a Board member. Your proposed change will be discussed and voted on at a general member’s meeting.
That’s one of the joys of living in a co-op…. if you think a rule should be changed, you have the right to suggest something different. Then you and your fellow members get to decide whether or not the suggestion is a good one.
