If you wish to apply for membership, you must complete an application form, be interviewed by two members of our Membership Committee (they come to your home), pass a credit check and be approved by our Board of Directors. After that, your name goes on our waiting list.
We DO NOT provide rent-geared-to-income rates. All of our units have electric baseboard heat (about $300/month on equal billing) We DO NOT provide fridges or stoves.
